• Business accounts: name, email, business details, services, locations, subscription and payment identifiers (handled by Stripe).

We use personal data to operate the cost calculator, pass quote requests to relevant subscribed businesses, manage business accounts and subscriptions, improve the website, prevent abuse, and respond to enquiries.

Our lawful bases include contract (providing the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (running and improving TraderJack, security, and marketing our platform to businesses), and consent where required (for example certain cookies or marketing, if we offer them).

Where data is stored

We aim to keep and process information in the United Kingdom or in jurisdictions that provide appropriate safeguards. Our website is operated for the UK market.

Some service providers (for example payment or database hosting) may process data on our behalf under contract; we require them to protect data and only use it for the services they provide to us.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell personal information to third parties for their own marketing. Quote details are shared with businesses only so they can respond to a relevant enquiry. We do not sell homeowner or business data to data brokers or unrelated advertisers.

Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console to understand how our pages appear in Google Search and to fix technical issues. This helps us improve visibility so more homeowners can find our cost calculators — which in turn helps subscribed businesses in their areas receive more relevant quote requests.

Google processes data according to its own policies when you use Google Search; Search Console relates to our site’s performance in search, not to selling your personal data.

Service providers

We use trusted processors where needed, including:

• Hosting and infrastructure for the website (for example your web host in the UK).
• Supabase for authentication and database storage of accounts and quote requests.
• Stripe for subscription payments.

How long we keep data

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, or dispute requirements. You may ask us to delete account data where we have no overriding reason to retain it.
